Through this module, I have learnt to explore spaces, design elements and principles relating to my emotions as a first year student : the ambience, feelings a structure can create. Not only that, I have also learnt to use different tools, line weights, conventional symbols etc on orthographic drawings.

 

I have improved and strengthen my soft skills from this module: time management, communication skills, networking etc. by creating a schedule for each assignment, getting feedbacks from peers and tutors. Also, I have also started networking with a senior to guide and help me through the assignments. My peers were there with me along the way as well, as we learn and overcome obstacles together in this module.

Although some classes were conducted online through a few platforms such as Facebook, Times, Youtube, Miro, Padlet etc, I find it really effective and useful eventhough we were not meeting face to face. The tutors were friendly and helpful, so I had no issue with asking questions and clarifying my misunderstandings.
